Do I need an account to shop?
No, you can browse and place an order as a guest, but creating a free Neamapapa Mall account lets you save your details, track orders and view your history in one place.
How do I create an account?
Select Sign Up at the top of the page, enter your name, email and a secure password, then confirm your email. You will then be able to log in and manage your profile and addresses.
How do I browse the different storefronts?
From the main menu, choose Shop to see all storefronts, or select a specific brand such as Mountain Hands Studio, WEAR Ghana, African Fashion House, Tarzan Footwear, Ajo African Beads, Bags & More, or African Furniture Store to explore their collections.
How do I place an order?
1. Choose your item, size and quantity.
2. Click Add to Cart.
3. When you are ready, go to your cart, review the items and click Checkout.
4. Enter your shipping details, pick a delivery option, and confirm your payment method.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes. If you have a valid promo or discount code, enter it in the Discount Code box at checkout and click Apply. Your order total will update before you pay.
How do I view or change my order?
Log into your account and go to My Orders to see your order status. If you need to change your shipping address, item or size, contact Customer Care as soon as possible. Once an order is being prepared or shipped, changes may not be possible.
