Welcome to Neamapapa Mall. These Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale (the “Terms”) explain the rules for accessing and using our website and for purchasing products through our online mall.
By visiting neamapapa.com, browsing any storefront, creating an account or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any policies referenced in them, such as our Shipping & Delivery policy, Returns & Refunds policy and Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website or place orders through Neamapapa Mall. We recommend that you print or save a copy of these Terms for your records.
In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise:
- “Neamapapa Mall”, “we”, “our” or “us” means Neamapapa, the operator of the online mall available at neamapapa.com.
- “Website” means the Neamapapa Mall site, including all pages under the domain neamapapa.com and its subdomains.
- “Storefronts” means the branded shopping areas within Neamapapa Mall, such as Mountain Hands Studio, WEAR Ghana, Neamapa Retail Shop, African Fashion House, Tarzan Footwear, Ajo African Beads, Bags & More, and African Furniture Store.
- “Customer”, “you” or “your” means any person accessing the Website, creating an account, or purchasing products through Neamapapa Mall.
- “Account” means the user profile created by a customer to save details, manage orders and access certain features.
- “Products” means any goods offered for sale through Neamapapa Mall storefronts, including art, clothing, accessories, footwear, furniture, baskets and other related items.
- “Order” means a request placed by you through the Website to purchase one or more Products.
These Terms govern:
- your access to and use of the Neamapapa Mall Website and its features; and
- all orders and online sales of Products made through Neamapapa Mall, regardless of which storefront you buy from.
Additional terms may apply to specific promotions, special offers or particular Storefronts. If there is any conflict between these Terms and any specific terms, the specific terms will apply to the extent of the conflict.
Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your country of residence.
You may browse Neamapapa Mall without creating an Account, but certain features (such as order history and faster checkout) require registration.
- Account registration: When you create an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information and keep it updated.
- Confidentiality: You are responsible for keeping your login details (such as your password) secure and for all activity carried out through your Account.
- Unauthorised use: You should notify us promptly if you believe your Account has been accessed without your permission.
- Suspension or closure: We may suspend or close your Account, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraud or misuse, or if required by law.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting us through the details provided on our Contact page. Closing your Account does not affect any Orders already placed, our right to receive payment for them or our rights relating to past use of the Website.
When you place an Order through Neamapapa Mall, you are making an offer to purchase the selected Products on the basis of these Terms.
- Order process: You will be able to review and correct any input errors before submitting your Order. After submission, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your Order. This email is not acceptance of your Order.
- Order acceptance: A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch or shipping confirmation email for the relevant Products. We may refuse or cancel an Order, for example if a Product is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.
- Prices and currency: Prices are displayed on the Website in the currency indicated. Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect Orders that we have already accepted.
- Taxes and duties: Unless stated otherwise, prices include or exclude taxes and duties as indicated on the checkout page. For international deliveries, you may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees applied by your local authorities.
- Payment methods: We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include cards, mobile money and other online payment services. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of your Order, including any applicable shipping costs, taxes and duties.
- Pricing errors: If we discover an obvious error in the price of a Product you have ordered, we are not obliged to supply the Product at the incorrect price. We will contact you and give you the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it.

Neamapapa Mall ships orders in line with our Shipping & Delivery policy, which forms part of these Terms.
- Shipping options and costs: Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout and in greater detail on the Shipping & Delivery page.
- Dispatch and delivery times: Any dispatch or delivery timeframes are estimates only. We aim to meet them but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, especially for international shipments or events beyond our control.
- Transfer of risk: Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to you when the Products are delivered to the delivery address you provided or to a designated collection point.
- Ownership: Ownership of the Products passes to you once we have received full payment of all sums due, including shipping and any applicable taxes.

We want you to be delighted with your purchases from Neamapapa Mall. Our Returns & Refunds policy explains when and how you can return Products, request a refund, obtain store credit or make an exchange.
- Contractual role: The Returns & Refunds policy forms part of and is incorporated into these Terms. By placing an Order, you agree that returns and refunds will be handled according to that policy.
- Eligibility and condition: Your right to return Products may depend on factors such as the type of Product, how long ago it was delivered and whether it is unused and in a resalable condition.
- Process: To request a return or exchange, follow the steps described in the Returns & Refunds page and any instructions provided by our customer care team.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory return or refund rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
We aim to present Products on Neamapapa Mall as accurately as possible, while recognising the unique character of African handicrafts and textiles.
- Handmade and artisanal nature: Many Products are handmade or hand-finished. Minor variations in colour, pattern, texture or size are normal and are part of their authenticity, not defects.
- Images and colours: Product photos are for illustrative purposes. Actual colours may differ slightly due to lighting conditions and the display settings of your device.
- Descriptions: We make reasonable efforts to ensure that descriptions, measurements and other details are accurate, but small differences may occur.
- Availability: All Products are offered subject to availability. We cannot guarantee permanent availability of any Product, especially limited-edition or one-of-a-kind pieces.
- Errors: If we discover a material error in a Product description, price or availability that affects your Order, we may contact you to give you the option to reconfirm your Order with the correct details or cancel it.
The Website and its content are protected by intellectual property rights.
- Ownership: Neamapapa Mall, our partners and licensors own all rights in and to the Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, Product images, videos, artwork, designs, software and underlying code.
- Trademarks: The Neamapapa name and logo, the names and logos of the Storefronts and any related branding displayed on the Website are trademarks or service marks that may not be used without our prior written permission.
- Limited licence: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Website for your personal, non-commercial shopping purposes only, in accordance with these Terms.
- Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, sell, license, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any part of the Website or its content without our prior written consent, except as allowed by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you, other than the limited licence described above.
We work hard to ensure that Neamapapa Mall offers a reliable and enjoyable shopping experience, but we cannot promise that the Website will be available at all times or free from errors.
- Use of the Website: You use the Website at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from temporary unavailability, technical issues, viruses, inaccuracies or omissions on the Website, except where caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.
- Indirect losses: To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, data or for any indirect or consequential losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.
- Cap on liability: Where our liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with a particular Order will be limited to the total amount paid by you for that Order.
- No limitation for certain losses: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, the Website or any Order will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We encourage you to contact our customer care team first if you have any concerns or complaints so that we can try to resolve them informally.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to the competent courts of Ghana, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring proceedings in another country.
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our business, our Products, how we operate Neamapapa Mall or legal and regulatory requirements.
- Notification: When we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to inform you, such as updating the “last updated” date at the top of this page, posting a notice on the Website or sending you an email.
- Effective date: Changes will take effect on the date stated in the updated Terms. By continuing to use the Website or placing new Orders after that date, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to any changes, you should stop using the Website and, if you have an Account, you may request that we close it.
