How shipping works at Neamapapa Mall
Neamapapa Mall ships authentic African fashion, art, decor and more from Ghana to customers around the world. Many items are handcrafted or made-to-order, so shipping times can vary slightly by product and destination.

This page explains where we ship, how long orders typically take to leave our warehouses, estimated delivery windows, shipping costs, customs duties and what to do if there is an issue with your delivery.
Regions and countries served
Most Neamapapa Mall orders ship from Ghana. We currently deliver to:

  • Africa – Selected countries in West, East and Southern Africa.
  • Europe – Most EU countries and the United Kingdom.
  • North America – United States and Canada.
  • Middle East – Selected major cities.
  • Asia-Pacific – Selected countries and major hubs.

If your country is not listed at checkout, we are not yet able to ship there. Some bulky or fragile items (for example, large furniture) may be restricted to certain regions only; any limitations will be clearly noted on the product page.
How long it takes to prepare your order
We aim to prepare and hand over your order to our shipping partners as quickly as possible, while protecting the quality of each handcrafted piece.

  • In-stock items: Usually dispatched within 2–4 business days.
  • Handcrafted / made-to-order items: Typically require 5–10 business days for artisans to complete and prepare for shipping.
  • Mixed orders: If your cart includes both in-stock and made-to-order items, we may ship together once everything is ready, unless otherwise indicated at checkout.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, followed by a shipment confirmation with tracking details as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.
Estimated delivery windows by region
Actual delivery times vary by destination, courier performance, customs clearance and local conditions. The timeframes below are estimates only and are counted from the day your order is dispatched (not the day you place your order).

How shipping fees and import charges are handled
Shipping costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight and parcel size. From time to time, Neamapapa Mall may offer free or reduced shipping for qualifying orders or destinations; any active offers will be clearly displayed on site or at checkout.

Customs duties, taxes and import fees
For international deliveries, your order may be subject to customs duties, VAT, GST or other import charges once it reaches your country. These fees are set and collected by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

If you refuse to pay customs or import fees and the parcel is returned to us, we will handle any refund in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy, minus any shipping and handling costs incurred.
How to follow your shipment
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page, where available.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.
  • Some regional postal partners provide only basic tracking once the parcel enters your country.
  • If your tracking has not updated for several days, it may still be in transit between hubs or awaiting a customs scan.

If you are concerned about a lack of movement on your tracking status after the estimated timeframe, please contact our Customer Care team so we can investigate with the courier.
What happens if something goes wrong
Missed deliveries
If you are not available when the courier attempts delivery, they may either attempt redelivery, contact you directly or leave a collection notice, depending on the local service. Please follow the instructions provided on the delivery notice or in your tracking information.

Delays beyond the estimated window
Weather events, customs inspections, flight schedules and local holidays can occasionally cause delays. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us so we can check the status with our shipping partners.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is reported lost by the courier, or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos (for damaged items) and any supporting documents. We will work with you and the courier to resolve the issue in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
